Ingredients
L-Theanine (γ-Glutamylethylamide), Vegetarian Capsule (Hypromellose, Black Iron Oxide), Zinc Bisglycinate, Vitamin D3 Powder (Cholecalciferol), L-Methylfolate Calcium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions & Dosage
Adults and children 12 years of age and older take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
